Spring has sprung at KK's Craft & Gift Mall, shop now

KK's Craft & Gift Mall is bursting at the seams with new spring and Easter merchandise just waiting to go home with you. The florals and bunnies are peeking out all over the store, with lots of statuary for the garden and spring clothing, home decor and accessories for you.

KK's has delightful gifts for all occasions at very affordable prices. KK's houses nearly 400 booths and vendors, more small businesses than many towns. With the cost of gas, why drive all over town when you can get everything you want and need at KK's? They are open seven days a week, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1 to 6 p.m. on Sunday. They are located at the corner of 66th Street and Indiana Avenue.

If you are in need of extra income, you might want to try a booth at KK's. Many small businesses in Lubbock got their start at KK's. It is the ideal place to try out your ideas in the marketplace before you lease a whole store. KK's has been in business in Lubbock since 1992, and remains one of Lubbock's favorite places to shop.

While you are there, be sure and visit Granny Katz Tearoom. The tearoom is open Tuesday through Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and serves mouth-watering entrees, finger sandwiches, fruits and soups, plus scrumptious desserts and raspberry tea.

The Dinky Dog House is a specialty shop for small dogs, featuring dressy and play clothes, swim suits and life jackets, polo shirts and sun dresses, pj's and robes, Mary Jane shoes and socks, toys, Texas Tech outfits, motorcycle jackets, fancy dishes and carriers - everything a pampered pooch needs.

KK's Video Recording Studio can do virtually anything with memories. If every member of the family and every pet were already safe, what's the one possession a person would risk being scorched in a house fire to save? "Memories - precious photos, videos and movies," say the owners of KK's Video Recording Studio. Those precious items are KK's stock in trade.

The staff at KK's values their clients' memories as highly as the clients do. That's why all work is done on site. How much would you insure your memories for before placing them in the mail? Clients are confident when leaving cherished photographs, movie film, videotapes, even heirloom prints that everything will be OK. Some clients request that KK's keep archived copies for extra precaution.

KK's transfers from virtually any medium to 21st century technology, usually seeing improvements over the originals. Film transfers from 8mm, Super 8mm, and 16mm go through digital reproduction to be copied to DVD or VCR formats. But that's just the tip of the iceberg. International videos to and from Europe or Asia can be duplicated onto something they can play. They can also transfer your old photos and slides to videotape or DVD, complete with background music, making extra copies for you to share. KK's Video restores damaged photos so they look like new. Their expert crew can assemble anniversary, wedding, birthday and other special photos into collages with special music on DVD or VHS.

KK's Video Studio is in its 25th year of serving West Texas. Preserving and sharing is what they are all about. The rest is history.

KK's Video Recording Studio is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays. They are located in the Courtyard Mall, next door to KK's Craft Mall, at 6405 Indiana Avenue; call 785-8345 or 795-6169.
